THE CHARITY CLUB WARM WITH LOVE SUPPORTS BAC NINH PROVINCE TO PREVENT COVID-19

Together towards the provinces, which are currently the "center of epidemic" of Covid-19, on May 20^th, 2021, the Charity Club Warm with Love donated 50 million VND for two districts, Thuan Thanh and Yen Phong, Bac Ninh province to support the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic.

On the morning of May 20^th, Bac Ninh province continued to record an increase in the number of Covid-19 infections during the day, bringing the total number of cases detected in Bac Ninh to 367 cases. The number of cases in Bac Ninh province is predicted to continue to increase sharply in the coming days. Currently, the whole country is devoting all resources to supporting provinces, including Bac Ninh province, to quickly localize and control the epidemic.

In Bac Ninh province, Thuan Thanh district and Yen Phong district are the two seriously epidemic areas of the province. According to the report of the Steering Committee for Disease Prevention and Control of Thuan Thanh District, until the 14:00 on May 19^th, the district recorded 303 positive cases of SARS-CoV-2. Currently, the whole district has 49 cases of F1 and 1 case of F2 being isolated at medical facilities, more than 2,200 cases of F1 being isolated at centralized quarantine, nearly 14,600 cases of F2 being isolated at home and monitoring more than 19,800 F3 cases.

In the face of a very stressful situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, in the worsening, directly threatening the public health, from 2pm on May 19^th, Bac Ninh province applied social isolation according to Directive No. 16/CT-TTg dated March 31^st, 2020 of the Prime Minister for Yen Phong district. The application period is until the end of May 21^st to focus on reviewing, testing and zoning high-risk cases from epidemic areas.

Currently, the province has reviewed nearly 3,200 F1 cases, more than 27,000 F2 cases. Review, investigation and testing work is being actively implemented by the province with more than 197,000 samples with cases of F1, F2 and others. Particularly, workers at hostels and dormitories are more than 42,000 cases.

Responding to the call "All people participate in supporting the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic" of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Charity Club Warm with Love has donated 30 million VND to the Fatherland Front Committee of Thuan Thanh district and 20 million VND to the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Phong district to join hands to support the prevention of the Covid-19 epidemic.

With this donation, the Charity Club Warm with Love wishes to share community responsibilities and contribute to the Government in the prevention of the epidemic. Hopefully, the whole country will have more hands to support Vietnam to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic soon.
