On the morning of November 21st, 2019, Mr. Tran Van Thuan, the Secretary of District 2 Party Committee had a meeting with the Board of Directors of Saigon Construction Corporation (SCC) and visited PhoDong Village green urban area and Sol Villas high-end compound.

Sol Villas high-end compound has a total area of 4.5 ha, lying in PhoDong Village model urban area of 41 ha, designed with an elegant and luxurious neoclassical architecture with a construction density of only 24.09% of the total urban area. The remaining 75% is for the development of utilities and green zones. The compound includes the products: duplex villas, villas and terraced villas.

Being the first and only high-end villa compound in Cat Lai, Sol Villas has received much care and support from District 2 in order to develop as planned.
