At 15:00, on January 19th 2019, at Phuong Vy Boulevard (PhoDong Village Urban Area, District 2) took place the program "Warm New Year 2019”. The program is organized by the Owner of Sai Gon Construction Corporation (SCC) to express gratitude to residents living in PhoDong Village Urban Area and future residents of Sol Villas high-class compound villa.
