SCC ORGANIZING THE 2019 TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM

The Team Building Program of 2019 organized by Saigon Construction Corporation (SCC) took place from 14 June to 16 June 2019 in Da Lat City with many exciting and original activities.

The Program took place for 3 days and 2 nights for SCC’s big family in Da Lat City including the following main activities: Team building on the 1st day with the topic “Wake up your instint”, Team building on the 2nd day with the topic “Resonate Energy to Touch The Success”, cultural space of the Gongs in the highlands…

Following is the impressive pictures of the team building trip “Wake Up Your Instint” taking place at “Hill of Dreams” and the team building trip “Resonate Energy to Touch The Success” taking place at “Nam Qua Tourim Area” of SCC’s big family.

On 15/6/2019, Team building program with the topic “Wake Up Your Instint” took place at Hill of Dreams.

The teams were faced with the first ordeal: Creation of a name, a slogan and a dance for their team.

Ordeal: Bringing water to the village.

Ordeal of creativity: Who can build the highest tower.

Ordeal: passing bamboo culinders.

At night on 14 June 2019, SCC’s big family attended the cultural space of the Gong at Hill of Dreams with many interesting activites:

The village patriarch and the team leaders of the 8 teams performed the rituals of fire burning.

Dance of young girls bringing water to village from a spring.

Young men playing flutes to call their huner fellows.

The village patriarch and the team leaders of the 8 teams performed the rituals of wine drinking.

On 15 June 2019, Team building program with the topic “Resonate Energy to Touch The Success” took place at Nam Qua Tourism Area.

The 8 teams participated in the ordeal “Throwing a ball into a basket”.

Ordeal, “Building a bridge” which could not make difficult for the teams.

All the members took picture as souvenirs.

16 rowing persons from the 8 teams performed the last ordeal: We together push the raft of the leaders to land.

With many interesting and impressive activities, Team Building Program of 2019 gave all the company’s persons interesting experiences, the spirit of the unity and the absolute trust plus four core values that SCC considers as “the guideline” for all activities of the Company: Responsibility – Quality- Creativity – Prestige.
